bella italia

This past weekend I finally fulfilled something I feared I would never complete: I returned to Rome. Almost exactly three years ago I fell in love with Rome when I was traveling with my best friend from high school, her mom, my mom and my best friends uncle who speaks italian and lived in Italy for many years. Leaving Rome three years ago I cried for fear that I would never be back and I would never see anything as beautiful as Rome ever again. Well, now that fear can go away because last weekend Carolyn and I traveled to Rome. All I can really say is that it was as indescribably beautiful as the last time I visited.
